Certificate of Service: Oklahoma allows notice to be handed to the tenant, given to a family member over age 12 if the tenant cannot be found, or posted and sent by certified mail if neither is possible. The Certificate records how notice was delivered to the tenant. (41 O.S. § 111(E))
