Maximum Fees ($)

Application Fee – No maximum amount. If a fee is not refundable, it must mention it is “non-refundable,” or else it is subject to being refunded to the applicant. (ARS § 33-1321(B))
Security Deposit – 1.5 months’ rent is the maximum allowable amount. (ARS § 33-1321(A))
