Tennessee Sublease Agreement

A Tennessee sublease agreement is a contract by which a tenant re-rents some or all of their dwelling to a subtenant. The landlord must consent to the arrangement. Although the subtenant must follow the master lease terms, the original tenant remains ultimately responsible to the landlord if the subtenant fails to pay rent or damages the property.
