Alaska Sublease Agreement

An Alaska sublease agreement is a legal document between a tenant and a subtenant for renting all or part of a residential property. The tenant must obtain the landlord’s permission before re-renting (subletting) the property. The subtenant is the tenant’s responsibility during the sublease period.
