Vermont Lease Termination Letter

A Vermont lease termination letter must actually reach the tenant, either by hand delivery or by mail to their last known address. The notice period grows the longer the tenant has lived there. Without a written lease, a monthly tenancy needs 60 days’ notice for tenants of two years or less and 90 days after that.
