Week-to-Week Notice: 7 days (Fla. Stat. § 83.57(4))
Month-to-Month Notice: 30 days (Fla. Stat. § 83.57(3))
Lease Non-Renewal: 30–60 days if the lease requires advance notice (Fla. Stat. § 83.575)
