Michigan Sublease Agreement

A Michigan sublease agreement is a contract that lets a lessee rent out all or part of a rental property to a new tenant with the landlord’s consent. A sublease agreement does not void the original contract between the initial tenant and the landlord, and the sublease contract must end when the original lease terminates.
