A Hawaii Sublease Agreement is a contract that allows a tenant to rent a property to a new tenant with the landlord’s consent. While the new tenant assumes the original lease’s terms and conditions, the original tenant remains responsible to the landlord for rent payments and any damage the new tenant causes. Furthermore, the sublease duration cannot exceed the original lease duration.
