Termination Notice – Landlords must give 60 days’ written notice, and tenants must give at least 30 days’ notice (§ 8-402(c)(2)(i), (c)(3)(I)).
Increasing Rent – The landlord must provide the tenant with 60 days’ notice (§§ 8-290(b)(3)(ii)).
